A unique feature of Kapten is the certainty of our fixed fares. This is often the number one reason that people choose Kapten over our competitors, therefore increasing the number of rides for you. Our fares are made up of three components: distance, live traffic and a base fare. Kapten's fare components do not differ from our competitors, but because we do not charge customers a clean air fee or congestion charge fee, we are able to offer a lower price to the customer, but the same payment to drivers. On top of this, Kapten pays the highest bonuses in London.

We will pay you each week on Tuesday directly into your bank account that you have registered with us. Depending on your bank, it might take 1-2 working days for the money to arrive in your account. You will be paid for all trips up to Sunday 11:59pm so trips taken from Sunday midnight through will be covered in the following week."

Like our Facebook Page ‘Kapten Driver Partner UK’ and keep an eye out for emails and text messages. We will also send you emails and text messages with important updates (bonuses, terms and conditions, weekly summaries).

You will be reimbursed £10.50 for each day that you complete required number of trips either starting or ending in the congestion charge zone during the congestion charge period (7am-6pm). This will be reimbursed as part of your weekly payment.

You must hold a valid PHV licence issued by TfL. We will also need to see your original DVLA Driving licence, hire & reward documentation, MOT certificate, PCO and PHC paper certificates, V5C logbook and DVLA check code during our onboarding process.
